Provides continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients
First line of action is to verbally redirect the patient from engaging in at risk behaviors
Alerts the nursing personnel when the patient requires assistance or there is a change in the patient’s condition
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma

Hospital experience and/or clinical experience
