Responsibilities
Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, including internal/external meetings across multiple time zones
Arrange domestic and international travel logistics (flights, hotels, ground transport, itineraries)
Provide daily administrative and operational support to two executives, ensuring follow-through and accuracy on all commitments
Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives with professionalism and discretion
Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions to support high-level business meetings
Provide occasional personal support including errands, reservations, and other ad hoc needs to enable executive focus on core responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
Assist with light research, data organization, and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5–7 years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience supporting senior executives
Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage shifting priorities
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable style
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and modern collaboration tools
Preferred
Background in financial services, private equity, or professional services preferred; open to candidates from other fast-paced industries
