Dealer Business Development Manager - POS/Payments

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Dealer Business Development Manager to manage and assist their Dealer Channel with Global Payments POS and Synergy revenue. The role involves advocating for Dealers, managing contracts and territories, and driving revenue through various initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage and assist our Dealer Channel with all things Global Payments POS & Synergy revenue related
Be the Dealer’s advocate and ambassador for all matters related to reselling Global Payments POS and associated products
Drive revenue through referral of card and payroll
Responsible for Dealer contracts, quotas, territories and recruitment / terminations
Learn, teach and facilitate all policies, procedures, and product advantages to facilitate the growth of revenue of the Dealers in the divisions assigned to them
Be the face in their respective divisions for the Dealer Program and all thing Global Payments POS related
Ensure extreme attention to detail to communicate with and mentor every Dealer and Dealer prospect professionally
Master all “product specific” Dealer-facing documentation, the Dealer Manual, Dealer processes, price list, authorized Dealer list, and training materials
Assist Dealers with growing their leads, answering to RFP / RFIs, selling & closing POS business and relationship management with local Global Payments card and payroll community
Be the primary contact for any Dealer related escalations

Required

Experience in managing Dealer Channels
Knowledge of Global Payments POS and associated products
Ability to drive revenue through referrals of card and payroll
Experience with Dealer contracts, quotas, territories, and recruitment/terminations
Strong understanding of policies, procedures, and product advantages
Extreme attention to detail
Mastery of Dealer-facing documentation, Dealer Manual, Dealer processes, price list, authorized Dealer list, and training materials
Ability to assist Dealers with growing leads, answering RFP/RFIs, selling & closing POS business
Strong relationship management skills with local Global Payments card and payroll community
Ability to handle Dealer related escalations
Willingness to travel all over the US, potentially more than 24 weeks a year
