Call Center Representative

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, procedures, and policies
Collect and verify patient information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
Assist patients with appointment rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-up instructions
Document interactions accurately in the clinic’s electronic health record system
Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to facilitate patient care and communication
Handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary
Maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or customer service training preferred
Previous experience in a call center, healthcare setting, or customer service role is advantageous
Medical terminology required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in using electronic health records and basic computer applications
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
