As a BIM Coordinator, you will contribute to the implementation of Building Information Modeling processes and collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM standards are met.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to integrate and implement BIM processes
Assist in developing and maintaining BIM project execution plans based on industry best practices
Work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure BIM standards are met
Create and manage accurate 3D models using industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit)
Ensure consistency and completeness of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with design and construction teams to incorporate design changes into the BIM models
Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts within BIM models
Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve issues promptly
Generate comprehensive reports and documentation related to clash detection and issue resolution
Provide training and support to project team members on BIM tools and processes
Contribute to the development of educational materials for internal training programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of BIM concepts and processes
Familiarity with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment
Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry
Willing to work overtime as required to meet deadlines
Candidate will be required to pass a criminal background check based on job location/requirements
