Morae is seeking an experienced CLM Paralegal with a strong commercial and law department background to support their Legal team in managing contracts throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will assist with various contract management tasks and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Support the Legal Department in the administration and management of contracts using a CLM system
Assist with the drafting, review, routing, tracking, and execution of commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor and customer contracts)
Maintain contract records, metadata, and reporting within the CLM platform
Coordinate contract approvals and signatures with internal stakeholders
Monitor contract obligations, renewals, amendments, and expirations
Serve as a liaison between Legal, Procurement, Sales, and other business teams regarding contract processes
Assist with process improvements and optimization of CLM workflows
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
Support other legal and administrative tasks as needed within the Law Department

Required

Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience required
Direct experience working in a corporate Law Department required
Prior experience with CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, Sirion, Icertis, Agiloft, Coupa, or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of commercial contracting processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology tools

Preferred

Commercial paralegal experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting in-house counsel
Familiarity with contract data reporting and analytics
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
