Own business growth and relationships across the Western US contractor business
Coach and hold accountable a high-energy sales team that executes with discipline, aggression and solution-selling precision
Nuture relationships with CEO/senior management to your areas Top 100 national landscape contractors and securing sales commitments to next-generation technology platforms
Be accountable to growth strategy, P&L, and market launches; comfortable presenting plans and performance to the CEO and leadership team
