Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple residential construction projects in the field, including affordable housing and high-end homes
Coordinate and supervise diverse teams (internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors)
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards
Act as a key liaison between field operations, engineering, and executive leadership
Oversee schedules, inspections, materials, and daily site activities
Drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement on job sites
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
Strong background managing both affordable and high-end home projects
Solid experience leading and coordinating multiple teams simultaneously
Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Must reside in Orlando, FL, or nearby surrounding cities (on-site / field-based role)
