Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets
Compile, analyze, and validate financial data to support monthly and quarterly reporting
Perform basic variance and trend analysis, escalating findings to senior team members
Support pricing, cost, and profitability analyses as needed
Prepare standard financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial reports and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required financial data
Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting or related internship
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic financial models)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced-environment
Preferred
Internship or entry-level experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
Exposure to financial systems, ERP platforms, or BI tools
Basic understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes
Interest in developing skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
