Responsibilities
Assist the CLO with the transactional and contracting functions of the Organization
Manage a team
Provide comprehensive legal advice and support concerning the drafting and negotiation of OU Health’s contracts
Advise internal business clients on issues arising in the contract negotiation process
Provide guidance to both supply chain and the legal contracting team on required legal terms and language in OU Health’s agreements
Qualification
Required
At least 3-10+ years of transactional experience
Experience in the healthcare industry, gained in a law firm and/or in-house legal department
Current attorney license and bar affiliation in the State of Oklahoma or the ability to obtain a license to waive into practice in the State within twelve months
Preferred
Experience leading a team
