Overseeing budgets, financial reports, tax filings, audits, fixed asset tracking, and internal controls that form the foundation of a sound financial operation

Excellent communication and client facing skills – entrepreneurial mindset

Tax Preparation background (CCH is being used currently for cloud based tax prep & compliance platform)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and an active CPA designation

4–7 years of experience at the Senior Accountant

Strong expertise in personal and business tax preparation, financial reporting, auditing, GAAP, and complex tax regulations

Proven analytical skills with the ability to assess risk, uncover opportunities, and make strategic recommendations

Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, financial modeling, and modern financial tools

Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights

A strong commitment to integrity, accuracy, continuous improvement, and process excellence

Preferred

Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
