Required

Minimum of 3+ years of patent litigation experience

Must be admitted or eligible for admission in the District of Columbia
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong legal research and analytical abilities

Preferred

A degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related field of study is preferred
