Nutrition Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Build and maintain B2B relationships with traders, distributors, and regional industrial customers
Grow assigned industrial accounts while expanding into new nutrition ingredient opportunities
Sell nutrition ingredients including sweet whey, lactose, and protein solutions into industrial markets
Balance account ownership with targeted new business development across assigned territories
Coordinate pricing, contracts, inventory positions, and order flow for industrial customers
Write clear pricing structures and support contract discussions with transparency and accuracy
Monitor commodity activity and collaborate internally to support market responsiveness
Lead customer discussions focused on industrial applications, formulation needs, and commercial fit
Plan and support trade shows, customer visits, and international meetings tied to industrial markets
Share timely account updates through regular reviews and collaborative planning sessions

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
Six or more years of sales experience managing accounts, distributors, or trading partners
Experience supporting both new business development and existing customer portfolios
Demonstrated ability to coordinate pricing, contracts, and inventory-related discussions
Ability to travel up to 33% of the time, including domestic and international travel

Preferred

Master's degree in business, international business, or a related discipline
Language skills in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese
Sales experience in commodity-based nutrition or ingredient markets
Background collaborating across functions such as product development, quality, logistics, or finance
