Responsibilities
Transform and migrate healthcare data (CSV, Excel) into proprietary systems using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and automation tools
Analyze, cleanse, and map clinical data; resolve discrepancies and one-off scenarios not handled by automation
Debug and troubleshoot data issues, including SQL queries and stored procedures
Research and resolve unmapped clinical data elements such as ICD-10 codes, medications, and terminology
Partner with internal teams and healthcare clients to ensure accurate data migration and mapping
Participate in knowledge transfer and technical training sessions
Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, or data migration
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Strong SQL skills
Background in healthcare or clinical data with familiarity in clinical terminology
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable researching clinical concepts and resolving data quality issues
Preferred
Experience with healthcare data migration or EHR-related projects
Exposure to automation tools and process improvement initiatives
Experience debugging SQL stored procedures
Strong communication and documentation skills
