Responsibilities

Create and facilitate dynamic, individualized phonics-driven reading sessions for small groups of gifted K-2 students
Leverage storytelling and interactive methods to drive learning acceleration 5-10x beyond conventional standards
Monitor student advancement and adjust sessions dynamically to address each cohort's evolving needs
Provide one-on-one and small-group coaching to produce measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing applications

Required

Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance offered)
Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years conducting small-group reading interventions with K-2 students
Background working with gifted or high-achieving children in specialized educational settings
Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning platforms and analyzing student performance data
Strong instructional presence with capacity to captivate young learners using voice, storytelling, and enthusiasm
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
