The Senior Technical Service & Support Product Representative will ensure the training, operation, maintenance, and repair of refrigerated equipment systems while providing expert support and assistance to customers and field technicians.

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: You'll handle customer training, parts and technical inquiries and resolve issues related to IDW refrigerated beverage equipment via phone and email
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and guiding customers through the resolution of technical issues
Field Technician Support: Assisting field technicians remotely and scheduling on-site training and/or repair visits as needed
Documenting & Reporting: Maintaining clear and accurate records of customer interactions
Team Collaboration: Contributing to product development teams and internal troubleshooting guides
Training: Providing training on equipment to both customers and internal associates
Travel: Travel across the U.S. for product training or on-site support as needed
Qualification
Required
Must have Cold Beverage Industry Glass Front Vendor repair experience to apply
Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of refrigeration and HVAC systems is key, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Certifications: The EPA Level 1 Refrigeration certification is required within the first month of hire. HVAC or relevant experience is also a plus
Customer Service: Excellent phone presence and the ability to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
Valid Driver's License: Current Driver license and provide a recent Driving History check
