Responsibilities
Combine the flexibility of maintaining your own book of business with the stability and lead flow of an embedded credit union wealth program
Provide office space, marketing support, and qualified leads
Access multi-custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, AssetMark, Orion, and more) as well as Pershing and NFS
Receive back-office, admin, and compliance support
Utilize industry-leading tech stack (Orion, Salesforce, Jump AI)
Choose between W2 or 1099 affiliation options
Benefit from succession and contingency planning resources
Qualification
Required
Independent financial advisor
Ability to grow practice
Experience in maintaining own book of business
Ability to work in a hybrid advisor role
Willingness to work onsite in Santa Fe, NM and surrounding areas
