Responsibilities
Process ACH, RDC, wires, card transactions, and corrections
Review and resolve NSF and non-post files
Ensure timely and accurate transaction posting
Maintain compliance with bank policies
Investigate and resolve exceptions
Maintain thorough documentation and audit readiness
Ensure consistent, member-centered service quality
Operate within Phoenix core and ancillary systems
Support transition to Jack Henry SilverLake and post-conversion stabilization
Learn and adopt new Jack Henry product modules swiftly
Help identify conversion issues
Qualification
Required
Prior deposit operations experience
Banking deposit operations background is a plus
Phoenix core experience
Jack Henry experience is a strong plus
High attention to detail
Strong multitasking abilities
Adaptability during core system conversions
