Responsibilities

Data Entry & Processing: Entering financial data, processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing vendor payments, customer billing, and tracking transactions
Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, ledgers, and resolving discrepancies
Record Keeping: Maintaining organized financial files (digital & physical) and updating accounting databases
Reporting: Generating basic financial reports and assisting with audits
Administrative Support: Handling mail, answering phones, and supporting the accounting team with other projects
