Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and GAAP

Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end and year-end close activities

Reconcile subsidiary ledgers and balance sheet accounts, researching and resolving variances

Assist with financial statements, management reports, and payroll-related journal entries

Support cost tracking, forecasting activities, and fixed asset accounting, including depreciation

Assist with daily cash application and basic treasury reporting

Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits

Participate in special projects, ad hoc reporting, and process improvement initiatives

Required

1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships included)

Basic understanding of GAAP and financial statements

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office tools

Analytical mindset with clear, professional communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

Preferred: 1 year of public accounting or 2 years of industry experience

Exposure to ERP systems preferred (QAD is a plus, not required)
