Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, test, and implement product rules and functions
Develop a deep understanding of life insurance and annuity product rules and business operations
Translate complex business specifications into system designs and ensure adherence to best practices
Identify and solve complex problems, ensuring solutions are sustainable and scalable
Provide expertise and support to stakeholders regarding system functionality
Regularly assess and improve processes within the system environment
Work in an Agile setting focused on delivering product solutions efficiently
Communicate effectively with teams and vendors to enhance turnaround times and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Solid understanding of life and annuities business lifecycle
Experience with business configuration in a Policy Administration System, preferably ALIP
Proficiency in SQL databases
Strong governance in version control and SDLC
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Preferred
Technology, business, and project certifications
Experience in Agile practices and culture
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in various environments
