Responsibilities
Packaging product inventory in an efficient and effective manner on an automated packaging line
Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area for yourself and other employees
Perform basic visual quality inspections on products
Maintain high-quality standards during shifts including constant QA/QC of all products being prepped and produced
Ability to work well with others in high-pressure situations with a sense of urgency
Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
Report any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way to supervisors
Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of product
Perform other related duties and tasks, possibly in other production departments when requested by supervisors
Qualification
Required
At least 6 months of related experience and/or training in a production or packaging environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment
Must have strong attention to detail
Must understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications
Oregon: Active Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) Marijuana Worker Permit
California: Ability to pass a criminal background check or a Live Scan in the State of California
Arizona: Ability to clear a criminal background check and obtain a Facility and/or Dispensary Agent Card
Nevada: Active Nevada Cannabis Production / Distribution Agent Card required
Colorado: Active Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Marijuana Worker's Permit required
Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
Preferred
ServSafe Food Handler's Card preferred
Willing to submit to a background check
