Responsibilities
10+ years of experience in backend development and enterprise application design with strong proficiency in Java (8, 11, 17) and deep understanding of JVM internals, clean code, and best practices
Extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture, exposing secure and scalable REST APIs
Strong expertise in architecting microservices-based solutions with focus on loose coupling, fault tolerance, scalability, and high availability
Solid understanding and hands-on experience in multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and performance tuning for high-throughput, low-latency systems
Hands-on experience with Kafka and Kafka Streams, building event-driven architectures and real-time data processing pipelines
Experience working with Docker for containerization and deploying applications on Kubernetes clusters (GKE, EKS), including configuration, scaling, monitoring, and operational best practices
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and Cassandra or other NoSQL databases
Exposure to Big Data and streaming frameworks such as Spark API, Storm, and Flink
Strong CI/CD pipeline experience using Jenkins and Jules, along with proficiency in Git-based version control systems including Bitbucket and Git
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills applied to complex enterprise-scale systems
