Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of BPaaS engagements, including both system deployments and operational transitions
Establish and manage program governance, project plans, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate closely with clients and internal delivery teams to ensure milestones and SLAs are met
Drive risk management, change control, and issue resolution across workstreams
Support pre-implementation planning, readiness assessments, and resource modeling
Serve as an executive sponsor for complex implementation initiatives
Qualification
Required
15+ years in healthcare project/program management, with at least 7 years leading enterprise implementations
Proven experience managing technology and operations transitions in a BPaaS or outsourcing environment
Demonstrated ability to manage large, matrixed teams and executive stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred
advanced degree preferred
