Oracle Commerce Cloud Lead Consultant
NeerInfo Solutions is seeking an Oracle Commerce Cloud Lead Consultant. The candidate will contribute to various phases of the maintenance lifecycle, including ticket analysis, requirement gathering, and proposing technical solutions to enhance and support Oracle Commerce Cloud applications.

Play an important role in the support and enhancement, configuration and deployment of the overall solution
Guide teams on project processes and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Location for this position is Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Atlanta GA, Richardson, TX or Hartford CT This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Information Technology experience

Hands on experience in development, system configuration, testing, and documentation of Commerce solutions, often with at least one Oracle Commerce Cloud project experience
Strong proficiency in React JS & JavaScript
Experience with front-end technologies like Knockout.js, React.js, Express.js, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
Experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud (formerly Oracle Commerce Platform), including Web Services and REST APIs available for administrators, store and agents
Experience working with Configuration/Source control management such as GitHub
Experience providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for Oracle Commerce Cloud applications
Experience monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues faced in Commerce application
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications
Experience performing code reviews, unit testing, and participating in project planning and estimation in Oracle Commerce Cloud
Preferred
Experience collaborating with business users to troubleshoot issues faced in front office applications
Experience performing data integration from external systems into Oracle Commerce Cloud using middleware technologies
Familiarity with Oracle CX Sales and Service modules/applications (any CRM application is preferred)
Experience with build processes and tools (e.g., GitHub, Maven, etc.)
Experience reporting on system metrics and incidents to management
Experience documenting incident root causes and resolutions in the knowledge base
Ability to respond promptly to technical support tickets and resolve them within agreed SLAs
