The Global Customer Support (GCS) summer intern will collaborate with team members to create support strategies and materials for Roche Diagnostic portfolio’s products, assisting in troubleshooting customer issues and creating service documentation.

Create service documentation for on-market products or products in development
Create training content for on-market products or products in development
Assist team in troubleshooting customer issues
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program)
Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student)
Must have attained a Master's Degree
Life or Physical Sciences, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
Comfortable working in a lab environment
Ability to work independently and collaborate in group projects
Preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
