New Grad, Entry LevelDENSO is a manufacturing company seeking a Cutter for their Blow Molding department. The role involves operating machinery, assembling and inspecting parts, and ensuring product quality in accordance with established standards.

Responsibilities
Performs work in accordance with the Working Manual, inspection and packing requirements
Operates molding machines, air activated tools/equipment, robots and/or assembly jigs to produce or assemble product. Additionally, may be responsible for material handling duties
Advises supervision of machine malfunctions and unacceptable variances in product quality
Compares, inspects and monitors product quality to approved samples
Documents production results on an hourly basis
Meets production rates established for specific part(s) being produced
Performs 5S and TPM requirements within assigned work areas
Perform other tasks as directed by Team Leader
Complies with all IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 requirements
May be required to perform additional duties as assigned
Follows all procedures and work instructions and makes recommendations to improve the process. Notifies Leader immediately upon detecting any non-conformances
Records all non-conformances to ensure corrective action and preventative measures are taken and assist in the problem solving process
Communicates and practices DMNC’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems. Takes an active role in achieving and maintaining IATF-16949 and ISO-14001
Qualification
Required
Basic math, reading and communication skills are required
Performs work in accordance with the Working Manual, inspection and packing requirements
