Required

Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio pursuant to Section 4705.01 of the Ohio Revised Code
Two years or more of experience working as an Attorney
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
Typical duties for this position include: case management, settlement evaluations and negotiations, motion practice, discovery (written and depositions), trial and appellate court appearances, and occasionally administrative hearings

Preferred

Two years of experience to be able to represent the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio in common pleas and/or the appellate courts and the Ohio Supreme Court
Someone skilled in writing appellate briefs and/or oral advocacy
