Responsibilities
PreSles VMware vCloud Foundation (VCF) environments for high availability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Optimize VCF performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and security
Develop and maintain documentation for VCF architecture and operations
Utilize automation tools such as PowerCLI, Ansible, or Terraform
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders
Stay current with VMware technologies and industry trends
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
Mentor and train junior staff on VMware technologies and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience with VMware vCloud Foundation, vSphere, NSX, and vSAN
Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and data center architecture
Experience with automation tools (PowerCLI, Ansible, Terraform)
Familiarity with networking, storage solutions, and security best practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP) are highly desirable
Experience with VMware VKS (vSphere Kubernetes Service) and VMware private AI is considered an asset
