Plan and conduct small-group reading sessions for K-2 students, ensuring phonics instruction is enjoyable, interactive, and tailored to individual needs

Facilitate motivational coaching sessions with students to promote progress in adaptive literacy platforms and reach educational milestones

Required

2+ years of experience providing small-group reading instruction to K-2 students or learners facing reading challenges
Proven capability to evaluate student reading proficiency and create differentiated lesson plans autonomously
Genuine interest in video games and gaming culture, whether or not you are an active gamer
Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
