Senior Principal Pricing Analyst

The role involves collaborating with various teams to develop pricing strategies, conduct competitive analysis, and monitor pricing impacts on revenue.

Responsibilities

Work closely on a day-to-day basis with the Program Managers/Directors, Business Managers, Contracts Managers, Operations Managers, Capture Managers, and functional teams to provide support for major capture and proposal efforts
Prioritize proposal activities and working on multiple tasks simultaneously
Develop, evaluate and implement pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics
Conduct research and perform competitive pricing analysis
Monitor ongoing competitive environment to ensure practices do not adversely impact company reputation or customer satisfaction
Partner with Contracts, Business Development, and Finance organizations to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements
Project impact of pricing changes, individual promotions and rebate programs on revenue
Create/administer pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 6 years of related professional experience
Proposal experience
Experience working in an environment that requires strong analytical and organizational skills
Microsoft Excel Proficiency
U.S. Citizenship required
The ability to obtain and maintain a DoW Secret clearance is required

Preferred

Proposal experience with the Government or Aerospace industry
Make decisions in a timely manner, under tight deadlines and pressure
Experience with FAR and DFARS compliance
Experience with ProPricer, S4
Current active DoW Secret Clearance
