They are seeking a hospitality-focused RN Staff Development Supervisor responsible for training, supervising, and ensuring compliance of Home Care staff to enhance the quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities
Create and deliver engaging orientation programs, quarterly in-services, and ongoing education for Home Care CNAs
Provide hands-on guidance, performance evaluations, and coaching to maintain high standards of care
Monitor documentation, licensure, and adherence to North Carolina Home Care regulations
Step in for medication management and nursing care to support members
Audit charting weekly, maintain meticulous records, and foster a culture of accountability
Work closely with the Director of Home Care and participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 RN availability
Offer education, counseling, and reassurance to enhance the member experience
Qualification
Required
Licensed RN in NC or compact state; CPR/BLS certified
2+ years of RN experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and NC Home Care regulations
Excellent communication and public speaking skills for group education
Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable creating training materials
