Responsibilities

Maintain project cost accounting system by processing purchase orders and change orders to ensure all commitments are entered timely and accurately
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to entry into accounting system
Maintain vendor and internal customer relations
Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quickly and accurately
Perform ad-hoc analysis and problem resolution
Serve as backup for Project Coordinator

Required

Associate degree or Equivalent
Possesses intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
Possesses working knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle preferred
Must have strong work ethics and a self-starter
Deadline oriented
Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills
Professional attitude and reliable
Possesses strong organizational, time management and documentation skills
Possesses research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable
Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
