Responsibilities
Conducting personalized, conversion-optimized family tours that communicate Alpha's three core commitments and build confidence in our educational approach
Executing and managing strategic outreach with prospective families to advance them through the admissions pipeline
Implementing strict safety and safeguarding standards to maintain a demonstrably secure environment for students and families
Supervising comprehensive facilities operations, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor management, and repair coordination
Regularly evaluating data to optimize procedures and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC
