Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with business and clinical needs
Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems (EHR/EMR, third-party APIs, patient portals)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, and clinical stakeholders to define technical solutions and system architecture
Develop and maintain data models, security models, and automation workflows specific to healthcare use cases
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support, ensuring high system availability and performance

Required

5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Health Cloud

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud objects, data models, and patient-centered processes
Deep understanding of healthcare concepts like care plans, utilization management, and patient journeys
Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools
Familiarity with data security, consent management, and role-based access control in a healthcare setting

Preferred

Salesforce Developer and Health Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred
