New Grad, Entry LevelEdge Staffing is seeking a Test Technician to support testing activities within a regulated product development environment for their Boston area client. The role focuses on executing test protocols, collecting and analyzing data, and documenting results in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities
Execute defined test protocols and procedures in a regulated environment
Collect structured data during non-clinical user journey testing, including testing with human participants
Accurately document test results, observations, and issues
Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and meaningful insights
Prepare clear, concise written reports and presentations to communicate findings
Work hands-on with lab equipment, sensors, and microcontrollers
Troubleshoot equipment and learn new instruments as needed
Track issues and documentation using established tools and workflows
Qualification
Required

Hands-on technical aptitude with lab and test equipment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Solid foundation in basic statistics
Ability to independently analyze large datasets
Comfortable following structured processes and test protocols
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Naturally curious and eager to learn new tools, technologies, and methods
Self-motivated with strong follow-through
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience testing medical devices or working in a regulated environment is strongly preferred
Experience in laboratory, engineering, or product testing environments is a plus
Working knowledge of Jira is a plus (issue tracking, documentation, workflows)
Python experience is a plus for data processing and automation
