The role involves refining the UI and transitioning into a Frontend Lead position, managing frontend development and shaping the user experience as the company approaches its launch.

Responsibilities
Refine existing UI implementation to match Figma designs pixel-perfectly
Build reusable styled components based on our design system
Implement proper spacing, typography, colors, and visual polish across all screens
Create additional pages and features using established design patterns
Work directly with our CTO to integrate the frontend with the backend
Own all frontend development and UI implementation
Make architectural decisions for the frontend codebase
Eventually, hire and manage additional frontend developers
Lead the design-to-development handoff process
Shape product experience as a core team member with an equity stake
Qualification
Required
Strong frontend development skills (React Native, Swift, Flutter, or similar)
Experience translating Figma designs into production-ready code
Deep understanding of CSS/styling and component-based architecture
Attention to detail for spacing, typography, and visual consistency
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Portfolio or GitHub showing clean UI implementation work
Preferred
Experience with mobile-first design and development
Previous work on marketplace or e-commerce apps
Understanding of design systems and component libraries
Startup or early-stage product experience
Leadership or mentorship experience
