Responsibilities
Obtain new licenses and enrollments, renewals, staff documentation, and resumes related to licensure and conditions of participation; follow streamlined processes to coordinate with branch leaders and necessary home office departments
Manage necessary reports, initiation, change of information, revalidation, and renewal submissions for compliance timely; certificate of need (CON), clinical laboratory improvement amendments (CLIA), state license, Medicare 855A, Medicaid, and national provider identifier (NPI)
Maintain communication with state and federal authorities; ensure timely processing of licensure and enrollment filings
Organize and complete required documentation for clinical personnel filings to various state and federal agencies; coordinate with field personnel, as necessary
Complete regulatory research related to notification and filing requirements
Provide regular updates to department and senior leadership; regarding status of assigned initiatives and projected completion timeframes
Maintain a positive, supportive, and team-centered customer service approach in every interaction
Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably
Complete all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with organizational forms and required filings, such as articles of incorporation, state registration and doing business as (d/b/a) filings, resolutions, or minutes
Must have experience with Microsoft office suite, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or a paralegal professional certification
Two years of experience in healthcare office functions
