Responsibilities
Ensure training facilities are prepared, operational, and ready to support scheduled programs
Provide on-site support to customers, instructors, and staff
Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions
Maintain and distribute technical, safety, and training materials
Perform analysis, reporting, and database management to support training operations
Track KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Prepare reports, presentations, and budget-related documentation
Support education-related projects and process improvement initiatives
Deliver training and communications for new processes and tools
Coordinate procurement activities and manage vendor interactions
Serve as an escalation point for operational issues
Partner with IT to ensure reliable education infrastructure and systems
Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and automated reports
Create lightweight Power Apps (e.g., intake forms, asset check-in/out, classroom readiness checks)
Automate workflows using Power Automate (e.g., confirmations, reminders, post-class surveys)
Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, validate data, and improve data visualizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Proven success in a similar operations, analytics, or facilities-support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Basic working knowledge of SAP
Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform including: Power BI (data modeling, DAX basics, visuals, refresh schedules), Power Apps (canvas apps), Power Automate (flows and connectors)
Strong data mindset with ability to clean, merge, validate datasets, and clearly communicate insights
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train, collaborate, and serve as a trusted knowledge resource
People-oriented and adaptable, comfortable working onsite and collaborating across global teams
Advanced expertise in Power BI, including dashboards, data modeling, and insights delivery
Proven data analysis experience with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Collaborative team player capable of building strong relationships and connections across functions
Preferred
Understanding of the healthcare education marketplace preferred, particularly diagnostic imaging or therapy
