Help review site readiness information and customer requirements
Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, service, and customers
Keep projects on track by staying ahead of details and next steps
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and service teams
Preferred
Experience in sales support, customer service, operations, or account coordination is a plus
Experience with CRM or quoting tools is helpful but not required
