Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and reviewing reimbursement and cost reports for accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during financial review processes
Monitor regulatory updates related to healthcare reimbursement and assist with implementing necessary changes
Support efforts to streamline reporting, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen internal processes
Prepare and record various financial estimates and reports for management review
Participate in special projects, analyses, and initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required
Experience in healthcare finance, auditing, or reimbursement processes is desirable
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and financial software
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
