Dealer Development Manager

BRP is a world leader in recreational vehicles and boats, and they are seeking a Dealer Development Manager to manage dealer network changes in the United States. The role involves expanding and elevating the dealer network and supporting the field team on dealer network standards and performance.

Responsibilities

Manage dealer network changes and evolution including but not limited to dealership ownership changes or acquisitions, expansions of new product lines etc
Identify dealer network opportunities
Collaborate in prospecting potential new markets
Support Field team on dealer network standards and performance
Present updates on workflow and network activities

Required

5+ years of experience in dealership operations
Understanding of an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and dealer network relationship dynamic
Project management experience
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments
Required to work onsite in the Plano office 50% of the time, or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks
Travel required is 30%

Preferred

2+ years of management experience in a dealership setting
