Mid LevelA-R-T & Associates is seeking a Technical Field Project Manager responsible for planning and overseeing the manufacturing and installation of branding, art, and signage. This role involves managing projects in the field, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Provide early supervision of the planned art packages and associated shop drawings with attention to advance troubleshooting
Compile design materials into presentation format
Channel and document communications between the end client (site teams, client team) and in-house trades and external vendors
Onboard internal staff to carry different portions of projects as needed
Manage a high volume of projects with differing scales and timelines
Schedule and perform travel as necessary for each project
Site survey and field measure as necessary for each project
Create elevations notated with field measurements to provide to designers and vendors
Develop cost projections for projects in support of the Sales team
Develop timeline and milestones for deliverables and activations
Familiarity with and ability to communicate common fabrication and printing methods and practices (for example: CNC routing, plotter cutting, die cutting, laser cutting, second surface printing, spot colors, spot varnishes, masking)
Familiarity with installation techniques for large format graphics, dimensional letters, indoor lit signage, ADA signage, plotted vinyl, 2D and 3D artwork
Maintain quality controls across disciplines and among external vendors
Planning and oversight of logistics
Ensure successful implementation of the client’s art program at completion, in cooperation with Creative Project Managers and Sales as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with multiple materialities, installation methods and logistics
Ability to react in the field and work with all stakeholders to complete projects on time and on budget

Preferred
Broad industry knowledge of various branding modalities including large format printing, ADA and dimensional signage (powered and unpowered), and other assorted disciplines of artwork and branding manufacture and install
Software proficiency in Adobe products
Management software proficiency in Procore and Monday.com
