Information Technology Account Manager
Ascendum Solutions is looking for a solutions-focused Business Development Representative who loves connecting people and building long-term relationships. This role involves growing the IT and digital services business by uncovering new prospects and deepening existing client partnerships.

Responsibilities
Help grow our IT and digital services business by uncovering new prospects, deepening existing client partnerships, and collaborating closely with our delivery and marketing teams
Cultivate trust with clients and internal teams
Open doors, deepen relationships, and create new opportunities
Use modern sales tools (CRM, outreach platforms, LinkedIn, etc.) to improve prospecting, pipeline management, and client engagement
Partner with marketing on sales targets and campaigns, including feedback on messaging, events, and lead-generation efforts
Manage pipeline effectively and achieve goals
Understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions in partnership with delivery teams
Represent Ascendum at in-person networking events in the Cincinnati area and actively expand your professional network
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of proven success in outside sales within the IT/digital staffing or technology services industry
Demonstrated track record as a connector and relationship builder, with the ability to cultivate trust with clients and internal teams
Ability to think outside the box to open doors, deepen relationships, and create new opportunities
Comfortable using modern sales tools (CRM, outreach platforms, LinkedIn, etc.) and bringing new ideas to improve prospecting, pipeline management, and client engagement
Experience partnering with marketing on sales targets and campaigns, including feedback on messaging, events, and lead-generation efforts
Excellent organizational skills, with strong focus on prioritization, pipeline management, and goal achievement
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions in partnership with delivery teams
Comfortable representing Ascendum at in-person networking events in the Cincinnati area and actively expanding your professional network
