Boise Cascade Company has been a leading manufacturer of wood products and distributor of building materials for over fifty years. They are seeking an Administrative Technician to provide essential cross-departmental support, act as a supplier returns liaison, and assist with various administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the supplier returns (SR) liaison for a key account, ensuring timely, accurate communication and resolution of issues
Review, research, and process credits & RMAs in accordance with company policies
Perform daily pre-invoice reporting
Assist with cash application processes
Assist with scanning PODs, receiving credits, and supporting documentation
Monitor returns to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all administrative and financial tasks
Provide backup support to the admin team as needed during peak periods or absences

Required

HS Diploma, GED, or two (2) years equivalent work experience
Office environment with minimal physical exertion

Preferred

Must possess effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
General office experience and basic operation of standard office equipment
Basic knowledge of PC's and software such as Windows, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
Typically more than three (3) years experience in job related function
Role may require technical certifications or associates degree
