Responsibilities
Taking credit card payments to ensure PCI compliance
Maintain a record of every account’s payment modes (via EDI, ACH, 820 remittances)
Process incoming payments over the phone
Performing a variety of accounting tasks and internal projects
Assist with Accounts Receivable activities
Qualification
Required
Pursuing degree in accounting preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, 10 Key
Must be highly motivated and independent
Ability to work as a team member, multi-task, analyze information to draw a conclusion, and meet deadlines
Should be expected to work 20-30 hours a week between business hours of 8am -5pm
