Responsibilities
Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops with exceptional quality
Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, effective learning activity design, and challenge resolution strategies
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student participation and outcomes
Serving as direct mentor to a select student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Currently located in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related domains
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities with experience building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams
Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Competence in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
Legal authorization to work in the United States
