Responsibilities

Conduct repetitive case counts of produce on pallets
Compare electronic records with physical inventory and make necessary adjustments
Ensure proper product rotation and adherence to inventory control procedures
Operate a forklift to move palletized materials into and out of multi-level racking
Label and stack boxes as needed in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment
Maintain compliance with company policies and food safety standards
Work independently and take initiative

Required

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum 1 - 3 Years' Experience
Ability to walk, stand, and lift the majority of the day
Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times per day
Must have a flexible schedule
Good eyesight and attention to detail
Must be able to point out defects that occur with fresh vegetables
Math is used daily, must be comfortable with the basics
Ability to work in a cold environment (36-40°F) for extended periods
