Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the Testing Center Director provides administrative support and on campus proctoring services
Monitors progress and operation of scheduled testing and on-line training programs
Communicate effectively with customers
Assist customers with scheduling exams
Process source documents for testing
Process and deliver test reports
Provide high quality customer service to internal and external customers
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree or HS diploma + 2 years related work experience
Ability to type at a corrected rate of 35-55 wpm (may be required for selected positions)
Basic knowledge of computer operations
Preferred
Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel and Outlook)
Strong computer skills including troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Self-starter with strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of College personnel, students, business and industry clients
