Responsibilities
Design and animate motion graphics for digital campaigns, video, and interactive experiences
Partner with copywriters, designers, and creative leads to build cohesive storytelling
Ensure all motion assets align with brand standards and accessibility guidelines
Manage multiple motion projects with speed and precision
Experiment with emerging motion design trends, tools, and techniques
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional motion design experience
Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field
Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other animation tools
Skilled at creating 2D/3D motion graphics, animations, and video assets
Strong eye for storytelling, visual rhythm, and pacing
Knowledge of video production workflows, including editing, rendering, and file optimization
Familiar with audio design principles and how sound enhances motion graphics
Able to adapt creative concepts across multiple platforms, including social media, web, and broadcast
Detail-oriented with excellent typography, layout, and design fundamentals
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Organized, reliable, and able to balance multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Naturally curious, keeping up with emerging motion trends, tools, and creative techniques
Must have agency experience
An online portfolio or portfolio website showcasing motion design work is required
